About
One person, in Tokyo, doing the work from start to finish.
Spring Theories is the studio name I work under in Tokyo. I set up AI assistants for business owners and independent professionals, one person or one team at a time, and I design and build websites and mobile apps, for clients and for myself.
I'd rather ship a small thing that's finished than a big thing that's stalled. That bias shapes how I scope and what I push back on. Fewer features, sharper decisions, and a real product in people's hands while the ambitious version is still a plan on paper.

How I work
Three things you can count on.
- 01
The same person, start to finish
From the first conversation to the follow-up, you talk to the person doing the work.
- 02
Tested on your real work
We try the assistant on your real tasks together, at your desk, before I leave.
- 03
Small, finished, in use
A setup that runs on Monday beats a grand plan that never starts. We begin with the one task that takes most of your time.
What I don't do
So that we agree before we start.
- Coding at your office. Web and mobile work is done remotely; I come to you for the assistant setup.
- Letting the assistant save anything into your files or tools beyond what you agreed to at the setup.
- Promising a result before the consultation: I tell you first whether an assistant can take the task on.
Tell me the one task that eats your week.
Thirty minutes, free, no commitment. You leave knowing whether an assistant can take it on, and what the setup would look like.
